Joseph Joseph Odour Filters are designed to help eliminate odours from inside the Joseph Joseph bins so you don't have to change your bin bag until full. The carbon filter simply sits inside the lid of the Totem, Trash Compactor bins and Stack 4 food waste caddy and lasts for 3 months.
Is there a delivery charge?
All UK mainland orders over £50 in value will be delivered to you free of charge. UK mainland orders under £50 will be subject to a delivery charge of £3.95.
UK non mainland and Northern Ireland deliveries are subject to a delivery charge of £5.95

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery is 3-5 working days. Some of our products may be dispatched directly from our suppliers, in which case delivery can take 5-10 working days. This will be specified on the product page.
Do you offer a NEXT DAY service?

Who will deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered by our nominated courier or in certain circumstances directly from our supplier via their nominated delivery service.
Can you deliver to anywhere in the UK?
Our nominated courier can deliver to anywhere on the UK mainland with very few exceptions. If there is any issue with your delivery we will contact you directly.
What if my order does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive when you are expecting it, please email us immediately at email@example.com or call us on 01642 567700 and we will track your order with our nominated courier.
What if my order is incorrect or damaged?
If your order is incorrect, damaged or you need to return it please email us within 24 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01642 567700 so we can resolve your issue.
The total purchase price, including VAT (if applicable) and any delivery charges, will be displayed in the Buyer's shopping cart prior to confirming the order.
After the order is received, Country Valley Foods shall confirm by email the details and price for the Goods.
Payment for goods, VAT (if applicable) and delivery charges (if applicable) must be made at point of ordering.
Payment can be made online using a credit or debit card, or by Paypal. You may also order over the telephone and pay using your credit or debit card.
Where applicable, if a payment is rejected, the order will not be fulfilled by Country Valley Foods, until full payment is received.
