Is there a delivery charge?
All UK mainland orders over £50 in value will be delivered to you free of charge. UK mainland orders under £50 will be subject to a delivery charge of £3.95. Next working day delivery charge is £5.95.
We are able to deliver to UK Non-Mainland and Ireland. We ask that customers contact us for a delivery quote or call us on 01642 567700 as rates vary dependent on postcode and parcel weight.
Can I collect my order instead?

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery is 3-5 working days, if an order is placed by 11am it will be despatched the same day. Any orders placed after 11am will be despatched the following working day.
Our next working day delivery is 1 working day, if an order is placed by 2pm it will be despatched the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the following working day.

Who will deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered by our nominated courier, we use DPD Local, Royal Mail and Hermes dependant on location and/or parcel weight.
Can you deliver to anywhere in the UK?
We can deliver to anywhere in the UK, if your delivery address is UK Non-Mainland please contact us for a delivery quote or call us on 01642 567700 as rates vary dependent on postcode and parcel weight.
What if my order does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive when you are expecting it, please email us immediately at email@example.com or call us on 01642 567700 and we will track your order with our nominated courier.
What if my order is incorrect or damaged?
If your order is incorrect, damaged or you need to return it please email us within 24 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01642 567700 so we can resolve your issue.
Can I return an item?
If the product is unused and is returned to us in perfect condition then a full refund will be issued. We do not cover the return costs nor will we be able to refund an item that is damaged whilst being returned to us. Please ensure the item is covered by the delivery service.
